What equipment do WNC Travels charter motor coaches include?
All of our charter motor coaches haves Wi-Fi, DVD, satellite, electrical outlets, and restrooms. We want your travel experience to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, and have made sure that each charter bus we operate is an enjoyable place to spend your time.

What locations do you serve?
We’re based out of Asheville, NC and primarily serve Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee, though we’re happy to make arrangements for travel to and from anywhere in the United States.

Is alcohol or smoking allowed on WNC Travels motor coaches?
No smoking is allowed on any of our motor coaches.
If a customer would like to bring alcohol on a charter bus, a $500.00 fully refundable deposit will be charged. Red, grape, and orange drinks are not allowed on our motor coaches due to the risk of staining upholstery. All other snacks should be in resealable containers, which helps insure our motor coaches are kept in the best possible condition for all of our customers.

Can you accomodate any special travel requests?
Of course! Our job is to make your trip as enjoyable as possible, so we’re happy to review any special requests, and make our best efforts to accomodate them. Just contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Are WNC Travels motor coaches climate controlled?
Yes, all of our motor coaches and charter buses are climate controlled, providing you with a comfortable atmosphere during your travel.

How long can a WNC Travels driver drive?
A driver can work for a total of 15 hours on duty, with 10 hours of driving in a 24 hour period. When a driver reaches 10 or 15 hours, they are required by law to have at least 8 consecutive hours off duty.
